About
PocketPlay Notes started as a shared chat where a few of us swapped screenshots and complaints about touchscreen controls. At some point we realised we had more opinions than anyone asked for, so we built a small site to keep them in one place.,We don't chase release-day hype. A game usually sits on our phones for at least a week before anyone writes a word, because first impressions lie and the real story shows up around hour three. That's when you learn if a menu is clever or just crowded.,Games get picked for two reasons: either lots of readers keep asking about one, or someone on the team can't stop playing it and needs to explain why. We cover different genres on purpose — nobody wants a site that reviews the same puzzle game forty times.,Everything here is written by the people who played it. If we skipped a mode or didn't reach the endgame, we say so. That's the whole idea.
Katarzyna Nowak — Katarzyna has been reviewing mobile and handheld games for over a decade and still keeps three phones charged just for testing. She has a weakness for turn-based strategy and strong opinions about on-screen buttons.
